So it would appear i have been charged pro rata (twice) for some reason..  Anyone?
Spoke to [Removed] via chat and said try again tomorrow.  What a joke!  Im not referring anymore customers to plusnet the way they are going..
Onto amazon.  I should have received an amazon voucher £50 for signup of services.  I still havent received it.  Again [Removed] said up to 60days.  My records show 30days.  Nothing in my amazon account back as far as sept 15 (when i signed up).
Sigh!

Re: Wow, over charged and told systems are down, along with no amazon voucher still

Which pro-rata charge have you been charged twice?
1  YouView+ with Entertainment Pack pro rata charge  11/01/2016  08/02/2016  £4.68
1  HD Channel Pack pro rata charge  11/01/2016  08/02/2016  £2.81
1  BT Sport Lite Channel Pack pro rata charge  11/01/2016  08/02/2016  £0.00
1  BT Sport Channel Pack pro rata charge  11/01/2016  08/02/2016  £4.68
They are the pro-rata ones, you've only been billed for the chargeable ones, the BT Sport Lite is £0.
I can't see any errors with the billing from those invoices you've posted.
Depending on which offer you signed up to, the voucher is either directly emailed to you within 60 days of your services going live or you'll receive an email to claim within 10 days of services going live. I can check tomorrow.

OK, from looking at your account there is no record of a cashback offer. Was this given as part of a recontract/upgrade?

All the pro rata charges are wrong.  Since when should I be charged twice?  My 24 month contract comes to c£30-40 with referral discount.
I wrote all the details down when I spoke to the sales chap, which said I should have received a £50 voucher 30 days after the order.  I signed up in Sept 15, still no voucher...

Re: Wow, over charged and told systems are down, along with no amazon voucher still

The pro rata charges are correct.
As you signed up partway in to a month, the charges to cover the period from the activation of the YouView service and channel packs up until your normal billing date is calculated as a pro-rata charge.
The pro-rata charge is only added on the first month you have the YouView service (unless you add new channel packs) and future months won't include this.
