We are currently on a rolling contract and would like to cancel our fibre broadband.
The cancellation forms were posted to PlusNet and we received an email on 6th April to say that a case has been opened and we will get a response within 10 day working days. However, it has been over 10 workings day and we have yet to have a response.
I have tried to call the customer support number but it said it is currently not available and suggested Plusnet Community.
Please am I able to get an update with the case? It has been over 14 days since the case was opened so the broadband should have now cancelled?
