I surprisingly got the email: Home Phone - Cancellations stopped. Which explains my transfer was stopped.
I believe my mother cancelled the transfer though her current bt service provider, she didn't understand that it was related to Plusnet service transfer.
She understands now, and I would like the transfer redone, please. Thank you.
