Will it all be worth it?

I have been with TT for many a year now and after doing a cost saving exercise plumbed for PlusNet.
Yes i know the BT own them but PlusNet just came out on top price wise.
Now having skimmed through a number of Forums on here I am wondering if I have made the right judgement as there seems to be endless problems re routers, line speed, billing etc. 
I know for a fact that my neighbours have terrific up and d/l speeds through an inexpensive router (wired and wireless) so will be expecting great thigs PlusNet !

Personally I think you'd see similar levels of complaints on other ISP forums (if not more!), some of the other ISPs have publicly accessible forums that you can take a look at too (I keep my eye on them).

Yes Chris, I do keep an eye on them.
At the end of the day it will be down to how quickly issues can be resolved.
Having worked for one of the initial cable tv/phone companies for many ears I know what can happen if things get out of hand
