Will adding a call bundle lose my "Promotionla Discount"?

Hi,
I want to add anytime calls to our landline account. I can go through the web site, at the end on the summary of the charges the "Promotional Discount" I get of £10.99 is not shown.
Does this mean I'll end up losing that discount if I add a call package?

Hi @MikeGFD,
Sorry for any confusion this may have caused. If the only changes you're making relate to the call plan then this shouldn't affect the promotional discount you're receiving and it will remain on the account for as long as it is contracted to do so. The reason why the discount isn't showing up on the summary of the charges is because it isn't a charge itself and more-so a credit.
