Will Plusnet Pay Exit Charges To Switch From BT?

I used to have a contract with plusnet a few years ago, I switched to BT because we had mobile contracts with them and I saved a significant amount by having my broadband with them too. BT offered to pay for my early exit fee from plusnet they explained they are owned by BT so they could do this. I am looking to switch back to Plusnet, I am 12 months in to my 18 month BT contract, will Plusnet pay for the exit fee’s from BT?

Hi Lewis, Plusnet wouldn't offer to buy you out of any contract that you're currently in, we sometimes have cashback offers available and you could, of course, use that money as you wish, but we wouldn't offer to pay your early termination fees when moving from any provider.
