Wifi connection problem

My wifi has been playing up all night, I have restarted my router so many time, deleted & re entered the Wi-Fi password, but every time I try to connect to Wi-Fi it loads onto plusnet site with a message saying “the account has no invoice in failed billing” ? My account is up to date with payments. The lights on the router are all as should be so I am really confused, can someone please help?Huh

Hi, no the Wi-Fi is still not working. Every time I try to connect it takes me to the plus net page with a message saying “the account has no invoice in failed billing”

It looks to be sorted this time from what I can see.

All okay now?
