Why was I charged for call at weekend

Just received bill.  Was charged £0.98 for a call made on 26/3 (Sunday).  I have free calls on evenings & weekends.  Pl. rectify.  Is using the forum the only way to raise issues like this?

was the call longer than an hour? calls are only free up to one hour.

No. 4.47 mins at 10.58 on 26/3.

Inclusive calls are 01, 02, 03, 0845 and 0870.

If outside those ranges it would be chargeable.

Looking at the pricing it would seem the call rate charged is for one of those numbers (23p + 5 * 15p)

Was to an 01483 number - ie Guildford/Woking.  So, it should not have attracted a charge.
