Why isn't phone call data updating?

I've got a visitor over from Germany and he is ringing his wife every day. I want to keep an eye on the bill. It's now 26/6 and the last call showing was on 22/6. It says the call list is updated every 24 hrs - it isn't!. Any ideas why?

I'm afraid that due to the way call data is received for international calls, these can take significantly longer to appear on your bill. Apologies for that. -Chris

So it would be more accurate to say that the displayed data will be updated within 24 hours of it having been received by PlusNet. Oh well at least that explains why Smiley

Re: Why isn't phone call data updating?

Is he really calling overseas at the full PN rate?  I haven't called overseas for a couple of years now but the last time I did it cost 0.5p/min. via another provider plus the usual set up fee of course.  In short, calling my neighbour downstairs cost 12p/min., calling New Zealand cost 0.5p/min.  It's a crazy world isn't it?

"Is he really calling overseas at the full PN rate?"

No I have the International300 (or whatever it's called) add on so I have to watch that the calls don't go over 30 minutes and actually start costing me, that's why I want to monitor it Roll_eyes . It's normally me making the calls to him and I know that I have to watch the clock!!
