Why have I not been notified that I am approaching my usage limit

Have you got a warning "Service Notice" in the "Help Assistant" - 'Closed Questions', just in case the notification email was lost ?

Interestingly in the last month looking through the "Service Notices" -
On my account -

There was no prior "approaching allowance" message sent, even though the 80% 'approaching' threshold was reached several days before exceeding the allowance limit.
Both accounts are legacy packages, although mine is capped at zero overspend, whereas my referrals account is not overspend limited.
So there does seem to be an inconsistency in reporting !

Really sorry I've not come back before now, I got distracted on the 22nd with the brief community site outage 😕
It looks like notifications weren't sending as a result of some recent works, but now that's done it should be fine - please let us know if any notifications are still missing though.
