Why hasn't my router been sent?

I changed my package to unlimited on a new contract with a new router. Only the new router hasn't arrived/been ordered. Does this happen when the package change takes place at the start of the new billing period?

Assuming this isn't a switch to fibre, have you actually ordered a new router (and paid P&P) or just assumed a new one will be sent?

Definitely ordered it. Shipping was paid the same day I placed the order so nearly a month ago.

In that case I'd have expected it to have been sent soon after the order was placed. Have you queried this with the support centre?
