Why has my billing amount changed again!!

Why do Plusnet randomly change my billing amount? I'm on a fixed contract, for broadband only, with line rental, and yet they seem to think it's ok to just remove any discounts you have on your contract!! I'm very cross about this as I haven't been contacted in this respect. Anyone else have this issue?

Are you sure your discounts were not for the first part of the contract only?  E.g. some offers have been for free broadband for the first twelve months of an 18-month contract.

And discounts only apply for the minimum contract term ... like many companies, there’s no notification at the time the discounts cease.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
