Why does my broadband have a limit, when I am signed up for unlimted.

I am so confused to why I am signed up for unlimited Broadband and my graph showed how much I have used so far, what is going on, Iam on unlimited Broadband or not. I have paid for unlimited.

Do you mean this one https://portal.plus.net/view_my_broadband_usage/index.php see picture of mine
Or are you looking at one which shows your usage allowance as zero - if this then that is because the field will only accept a number and any other number would imply a limit
If however if your question is why does it show usage when I am on unlimited - then the answer is that a lot of us want to know how much we have used

I'm on an old Broadband your way which was 2GB but took up the offer several years ago to up it to 10GB

I suspect that some of the changes for the new products mucked yours up
