Why charged on International 300?

Although on International 300 call plan I have been billed £14 for a 20 min call to Australia on 10th January. Its an 00641 number so its a landline. I don't understand why I have been charged. I have also been charged £6 for UK mobiles which I accept is correct. Can I upgrade my package to include mobiles and how much would this be?

Re: Why charged on International 300?

Can't answer the first part, but re adding mobile miutes, there's a bolt on you can add - 100 mins for £3/month.

Start here - https://www.plus.net/member-centre/product-change

and select "Change my call plan".

Opt to keep your current plan, and you'll be offered the option to add the mobile minutes.

Re: Why charged on International 300?

Thanks for your post @fs71

I'm sorry to see you've been charged for a call to Australia. From what I can see the number you've dialled is an international mobile number, I've checked this by entering the area code Here.

Hope this helps.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
