Why are you sending me a router?

I have just received an email telling me that my new router is on the way & welcoming me to Plusnet.
As I have been with Plusnet for over 8 years my question is ..........WHY THE NEW ROUTER? I am on vacation in Cape Town so I can't phone.
Please reply asap. Thanks NJ

Hi there, we made a non-service affecting change due to some background work we're doing and it looks like this has happened as an unexpected consequence of that. 


Sorry for any concern or confusion, I'll arrange a returns bag to be sent out to get it back to us.
