Why are my account details so badly wrong

According to this I signed up for fibre in November 2013 whereas I actually did this month

Mine is a complete fiction too.
I'm fairly sure I didn't get fibre in 2008!
And I'm also certain that I'm not being given Anytime calls for free too.
How can you trust a company who get something as basic as this so totally wrong.

Also a work of fiction. FTTC wasn't even heard of in Wales in 2012, never mind installed for me.

I can't beat both of you, I've had fibre since 1970...
I raised a ticket about this (as a complaint because I couldn't raise a relevant ticket) and then decided to move away before the ticket was answered.  The reply I got back was that it would take at least a month to resolve and it wasn't worth the bother as I was moving anyway.
BB migrated away on the 21st July so the account summary is now doubly wrong Smiley

According to PN I've had fibre since April '09, I think my exchange was still in the dial up age then.
