Why am I not being offered £6.49 package?

I had an email from Moneysaving expert this morning trumpeting the £6.49 deal, so seeing I'm paying £12.99, thought I'd have a look at this again.  Pretending to be a new customer living in my street, it confirms £6.49 is available here.  However the upgrade my account option only gives me an option to go from 10G to 60G and pay £11.49 (and why haven't you told me about this saving either?)
You're referring on your site to 'Good honest folk from Yorkshire' - where are you please and why am I paying through the nose when I've been a 'good honest customer' for years?

It's not being offered on the change product because you're already on the Value account type, though I've changed the market on there for you so your price will be £6.49 going foward
Regarding the notifications you might want to see this thread: http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,97928.0.html though you've opted out of marketing emails too so you won't get any anyway. If you'd like to change that you can do so here: https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=myemail (just click on the "Email communications preference" icon)
