Why am I getting welcome to plus net emails about phone service

Hi I have started to get emails and texts about my phone line becoming active and how my billing will work as if I am a new customer, although I have been connected for over a year.
And as the call waiting times seem to be in the 20 mins waiting time I will try posting here

as it is the weekend you probably won't get a reply until Monday but despite you having been with Plusnet over a year you had problems with transferring then not transferring to Sky http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,123968.msg1076136.html#msg1076136 so that is probably part of the reason

Thanks oldjim, for the record I just checked my bank and have been getting very low bills for the last couple of months from Pn only £9.99 this month and less last month.
Will see if the waiting times drop any (lol) and call

Thanks looks like for some reason I am only on broadband fro the last 2 months and on my account I have just had my line activated (although this has always worked).
Raised a ticket and will update here when I get a reply.

Your phone billing was broken, it was fixed. It was fixed by adding it back on to the account from scratch so you receive automated emails as if you were a new customer.
Sorry for the confusion and hope you enjoyed having some free service, you won't be back-billed
