I have phoned up support on several occasions to check that I do not owe any money after your failure to collect money due to your account system failure, and I have been assured that this is the case. Now I am recieving debt collection emails.
I suspect this is a continuation of the billing system failure in your accounting last year.
Please can you finally fix this as I am running out of patience arfter the mess-up with moving me to my new account.
