Why am I being charged more than the list price?

Hi all,
Quick look at my broadband package, states £28.99 plus £10 for by sport. Why am I being charged £41.99? Only minor difference but I'm trying to see what reason might be and not finding myself.
I have taken screenshot, definitely states £28.99.
