Why I am getting charged again?

Please can some check question 79077092 from billing department, I have explained every in details within my question so not going to put any details here.
Also if some kindly let me know what will be my billing date please.

Looks like Chris Purvey picked this up for you on the 27th, I hope his answer was what you were looking for?
I can also confirm your billing date (at least, the date we request the payment via the direct debit) is the 26th of each month. Hope that helps.
