I have had Value Broadband for many years but in February took up the latest offer of combined Line Rental and Unlimited Broadband for £18.99 on a fixed price 18 month contract.
So far I have had two bills. February was £30.99 and March is £29.98. I am being charged £10.99 for Unlimited Broadband on both bills when it is supposed to be free for 18 months. On top of this my February bill also has a charge for the old Value Broadband as well.
Can someone please confirm that this is incorrect and arrange an adjustment/refund?
