The white screen problem has gone for me to. It's just a shame that they couldn't fix my billing date been stuck in the past while they where at it. Sick of seeing December 12th everytime I login.

Regret it's not fixed my problem

 1 Page update remains very slow.

 2 Products still not displayed ->

 3 Unbilled calls displays but does not show calls.

 4 Broadband usage does display and update usage.

Working for me on Chrome, where I have no cache or cookies. Doesn't work on firefox, presumably I would need to clear my cache.

Thanks for the update and I can confirm it is working for me now.

I can confirm that it is also working for me using Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Opera but not with IE11.

I can now view billing in Firefox.

however I logged out of my account and into my daughter's account (which worked ok)'

Having logged back out I can't log into either account as the system says "username or password incorrect"

I'll try again in the morning.
