For me the bill selector does appear - after 30 minutes or so. This problem was reported months ago, but was dismissed variously as a need to clear cookies, using the "wrong" browser, or the need to log out and in again.

I'm getting this too. Most options under Member Centre get the white screen. I've only been with Plusnet since Thursday.
I've tried 3 different laptops, 3 different browsers and 2 phones.
It worked before I went live.

This is something we're aware of and working to resolve. In some cases, clearing cache/cookies does solve the issue.
In the interim, if there's anything we can do to assist (in terms of the information you're trying to locate), please just let us know.

I just tried clearing cookies and cache in Chrome and IE on two different PCs and still cannot see any bills. I would like to download my current bill pdf.

Please add me to the list as I can't see anything below the header when trying to view my bills.
I replied to a previous topic here: https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Account-Billing/Cannot-view-my-bill-using-Chrome/td-p/1579115 with screen shots.
Another test I tried was with my iPad (4). Can't even log in using Chrome on that, says invalid password but it's not. Logged in with Safari but again when View Bills is clicked, the lower part of the screen remains blank.
Hope you get it fixed soon.

Please could you add me to the list. I couldn't see my bill from home connection using IE11 on Win10 laptop, or using Chrome browser on Android tablet. I was able to view using Chrome on work PC running Win 7

Me too! If someone can email me my January bill that would help - agent tried but no attachment to email.
Multiple browsers, caches (and kitchen floor) cleared.
