I wanted to pay straight away when the new billing period started. but the invoice hasnt come and i cant view whats owed and therefore cant pay the bill.
Have you looked at Account Details - View Transactions (login required) to see if it's there at all? You should also have received an email at the address registered on your account.
It takes some time to process everyone that is due to bill each day, the main billing run has now started so you should get the invoice within the next few hours.
