Where's my cashback?

Signed up via top cashback and the £40 cashback had tracked correctly however, even after the 6 weeks (over 7 now), it's still showing as pending. PN is listed as a faster payer but it's not looking that way to me. When is my cashback likely to proceed to confirmed and then payable?

If you have signed up via TopCahback, it is the affiliate themselves which handle the cashback being issued.

You would need to follow the steps below to raise a Transaction Query.

• Firstly, go to the Topcashback website and log into your TopCashBack account.
• Select 'Account', which can be found toward the top right of the website.
• Click on 'Customer care'.
• Select the 'View or lodge a claim' option.

Please ensure that you provide your Plusnet username and ensure that all information matches the information which we hold; otherwise, the cashback may be declined.

This is known as a transaction query, a process which can require up to 30 days for confirmation.
