Where is the member centre?

How do you find the Member Center?

I went to the home page and the support pages and counld find nothing?

@alangauld Click on the 'Broadband, phone and TV' option in the drop-down which appears when you hover over the 'My Account' tab at the top of the page.

Thanks, I got there.

But it seems the latest update has removed the Useful links box, including all links to questions.

How stupid is that?! I had to ask an online chat for a status update.

A work around is to log into the new style Members Centre and once that is done then paste this link into the address bar ()or a new tab)

https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search to bring up the ticket wizard search page

And now Plusnet have responded and added the ticket wizard to the Members Centre.

Go to "Manage Account" and then click on "Help Assistant". The ticket wizard is then one of the options available to you under "Your Questions"

Sorry for the issues you've been having trying to find the your questions/tickets.

In addition to @SpendLessTime's reply if you know the ticket ID, this link could come in handy: https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_question&id= you'd just need to add the ID to the end of it.
