Where is my refund?

I bought a Plusnet package in January the 8th at £261.87

I was due to have the internet on the 23rd January, I wasn't sent a router on this date, then I had 6 appointments cancelled, with no explanation and zero contact from plusnet.

I have now made over 40 phone calls to Plus.net and have taken 6 days off work for the engineer to attend resulting in loss in earnings and no service. This is especially a difficult time as I am being made redundant at work and I need the internet to search for jobs.

I request a full refund of my package. £261.87

It is now 20th April!

I'm very sorry for the experience you've had. I've chased this up and we're now processing the refund and you should get this by cheque within the next 14 days at the latest. 

I'll check back on Wednesday to ensure it's on track and the cheque is dispatched promptly.
