I cancelled my Plusnet order on 6th Aug (ordered the same day earlier), but I've still not received a refund of the £185 for the line rental paid in advance, despite calling thrice to sort this issue.
Please check Question 131516371 for the details. The operator told me then that he didn't have the authority to refund that amount, and that he would refer it to another department.
Could you please sort this out asap?
