Where is my online Bill for both products

According to my account details/view transactions I have an invoice for phone which says pending, but none for broadband?
Why?

From here https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=view_transactions&s=0 do you see an invoice Scheduled Payments
and if you click on it do you see something like this picture
