Hi there, I’ve been connected for more than 10 days and have yet to receive my cashback email. Also I’m not receiving my minimum speed

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your cashback e-mail yet. I've sent an e-mail to the relevant team to chase this up for you and we'll update you as soon as we know more.
With regards to the speeds our tests are showing these are low but we can't see any cause of this.
So we can investigate further can you report a fault here and let us know once you've done this?
