Hi I raised a ticket on 4th Nov (76719412) regarding my change of product to unlimited. I requested & paid for a new router but it shows as yet to be ordered on the order details. Can someone please respond to my ticket.

Really sorry for the delay in response to your Support Ticket. I've got the router sent out to you which should be with you over the coming days. I've responded to your support ticket too
