When will I recieve my reard email?

I have received my 14 days since activation email but have not recieved my reward email. When should I expect to receive the reward email?

Hi @mjps, thanks for getting in touch.

Our systems are showing you were sent an email on 21/01/2020 to claim your reward. If you haven't done so already I'd recommend you check your spam/junk folder. We'd be happy to manually redeem the reward on your behalf if you'd like. Once redeemed this would then be sent via post within 30 days.
