When should a new referal appear in My referals

I recently referred a friend of mine who has now had plusnet phone since just before xmas and is waiting for fibre to be installed shortly.
When should I expect to see details of the referral on my account?

As long as your friend has provided us with your username on signup, you should receive your referrals 30 days after their service has been activated.

... but the referral value for the broadband will be £0.00 of course due to the current problems.
It is OK though as these problems will be fixed by the end of December at the latest.
