When does my contract end?

HI all

I took PN phone on 7.7.15 and I was given a discount on BB for about £2.50 a month. Would my contract end for both on 6.7.16 (i.e. a day before the year ends)?

And if was to leave, when would I need to let PN know? - Not that I wish to do so; Ive had great service since I signed up back in 2013.

Also what kind of discounts can I expect if I was to continue being a customer? - would my prices stay the same or would I be able to get BB for free?

Are you sure you signed up for an annual contract? I thought they liked you to sign up for 2 years?

The deals you can get depend upon who answers the phone or if you have found an offer elsewhere and ask them to try and match it. Look for offers on sites like Thinkbroadband.com  who tend to track offers across the board.

But whatever you do, do not tell Plusnet you are calling to leave. Say you are thinking of leaving and what can they do. If you don't like their offer, just say you need to think about things.

And then go elsewhere. The new supplier will organise with Plusnet to transfer your services. You do not give Plusnet notice nor do you need to talk to them to leave.

It'll depend on the type of broadband. Standard ADSL would usually be 12 months and Fibre at 18 months, however I'm sure on regrades/contract renewals it's 24 months now. I only know as my mother had to renew for 24 months for a deal. They're all different though and depend on who you speak to, what deals you've seen elsewhere etc. Either way, plusnet is very competitive.
