When did my contract start?

When did the contract start? Isit on the 27/05/2011 when i was given the initial charge of £36.49 or does the contract start when plusnet took the first months charge of 16.49

A good question - and if you are looking at when the 12 month tie in for freebies ends it is likely to be as dvorak stated because here http://www.plus.net/info2/legal/index.html , although not specifically stated for normal broadband it is inferred and for the Fibre Package it is definitely stated

Just wondering as im moving ISPs way to many issues ive had to deal with plusnet, compared to my former ISP. Gaming has been a nightmare for me.

Hi there,
Sorry to hear you're thinking of leaving, if there is anything we can do to help that might persuade you to stay please let us know.
Regarding contracts, you don't have any outstanding deferred fees so it's just the 10 day notice period that'll need paying (unless you cancel the line rather than migrate, in which case there'd be an additional £25 cessation fee).
