When connected to wi-fi, phone sign-in goes to http://failed.billing.plus.net/apps/payment/failed
Although my router/broadband seems to be working correctly on my PC and laptop, when I try to connect using a phone/tablet it connects to the wi-fi but then asks to sign-in. When you click on the sign-in prompt the device then takes you to http://failed.billing.plus.net/apps/payment/failed. Oddly, I also can't view my plusnet account over wi-fi, but can using data on my phone. Various apps on my smart TV are also struggling to log-on. I assume all these issues are connected, and the problem started late last night. Could these issues please be looked at? As far as I'm aware my account is paid for an up to date.

Hi @markdewhurst, thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear you're having issues when trying to browse and get online currently. Looking over your connection from this side I can't see any reasons on your account that would explain the pages you're seeing however when checking into your connection I can see your router currently looks to be authenticating the connection with details not from your account. I believe this is due to the router being scanned and registered on your account when initially being sent out to you and if you can please get back to me with the below then I should be able to fix this for you.
If you can please check the sticker on the bottom of the router (not to be confused with the wireless details one on the back) and confirm over private message the serial number shown on there along with the first 6 digits of the MAC address please.
I look forwards to hearing from you further.
