My contract ends in early December but my LRS expires a month earlier in early November. Before deciding whether to renew LRS or not, I would prefer to see what deal Plusnet will offer me if I take out a new contract. Howe soon can I approach Plusnet about a new contract?

If you're within the last 3 billing months of your current contract, you can speak to our Customer options Team regarding the renewal of a contract. For reference they can be contacted directly on 0800 013 2632 and are available:
08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday
09:00 - 19:00 Saturday
09:00 - 18:00 Sundays
