When are you going to abide by the ombudsman decision to allow me to leave without penalty?

Hi,

 

Can anyone from Plusnet please advise when you will finally allow me to leave without a penalty? You were to abide by it by the 18th of April but have not and when I spoke to someone on the chat they stated you have no log of it, despite me having an email from a customer advisor stating you would be abiding by it.

 

Please just let me leave, I have been paying for a service since August that you have failed to provide.
