When a complaint goes silent...

After suffering no broadband for five weeks, I was hoping to get some sort of compensation. Mid-way through the many support tickets, one Customer Services Asst posted a message in Question #204864220 which said "I have raised a complaint on your account and once we have connected you, we will contact you to resolve it."

 

It's been two weeks since connection. How long is it reasonable to wait?
