When Will My Account Close?

Hi,

I switched to a different provider on 2nd April and my new provider was up and running on 17th April..yet on the 19th May I received an email stating my monthly payment would be coming out of the bank on the 23rd May?? I made a payment on 24th April and thought that would be my last. I have spent 3 days trying to start a web chat but it is never available ... can you help?

Hi there, 

Sorry about this, for some reason the account hasn't picked up on automation that tells us that the service has migrated away. 

I can see the direct debit has been cancelled so there's no risk of further payment being taken. I'll get any outstanding balances removed and the account closed off for you.
