Hello, I have had to post this under an old account name as it will not let me register my latest account on the forums as it says my email address is already in use. This question relates to the account Witpig2.
I let my contract come to an end and did not renew. I was told I owed payment because even though my contract had ended the system expects payments then checks and automatically refunds after a couple of weeks. It has now been nearly 3 weeks. How long do refunds take in these situations?
