Whats with this letter

This morning i received a letter saying Notification of pending account closure.

It says i owe £35.14 which i dont , i paid my last bill withing the 14 days grace and it has added Contractual fees of £12.15 on top of the overdue balance

Can someone tell me whats going on

I am very sorry to hear that you have received a notification regarding account closure, looking through your account I am not able to see any reference to this at all.

In this circumstance I would ask that you take a photo and attach a copy of the letter to the internal ticket that I have raised on your account  here  so that we can investigate this further for you.

Once you have attached this please send a message on this thread and we will look into this for you.
