What will the referrals payments be after the VAT reduction?

Are PN going to keep the referrals payments the same after the reduction in VAT?
Currently a 100p referral payment carry a 15p VAT discount which mean that it cost PN 85p. With the VAT being reduced to 15% the 100p discount will only carry a 13p VAT discount so costing PN 87p. Will PN reduce the discounts to maintain the 85p so the discount will be 98p to the user or increase the discount to maintain the 100p to the user?

I honestly have no idea what will happen to referral payments during this period. Yet.

Still a bit of work being done around this guys after a potential red flag was raised internally today.
We'll hopefully have more news tomorrow but clearly we want to do the best thing possible for customers.

Or sooner than that...
The residential referral values, which are quoted including VAT will not be changing.
The business referral values, which are quoted as excluding VAT are also not changing.  However, the amount of VAT on each referral will be slightly less.
