Tried to log on to the plus net site and received the following
Checked my account and I am fully paid up to date
The last bill was paid on the 12th of March by Direct Debit

When I have a hour to spare to go in a queue and wait for somebody to answer I may but at this moment in time I'm happy I don't owe them any money so I'll stop using the website

Hi there,
It's probably because you're still connected on the previous session, if you log in to the router and click the disconnect button then reconnect you should find it all goes back to normal.
