What is the Prorata Adjustment for Plusnet Extra charge?

As the title says, what does anyone know what the Prorata Adjustment for Plusnet Extra charge is? I was charged £16.47 for this last month and I'm not sure what it is and it's the first time I've been charged for this.

Has your broadband been activated on a different date from your phone service going live? In such circumstances your billing date would be set from phone activation and a pro-rata charge made for broadband to align the two billing dates. In future months you will be billed for both services on the same day.

I don't think so, I've had 2 or 3 bills all the same, and then this one with this Prorata Adjustment for Plusnet Extra charge. Maybe I should contact their customer services, I just thought I'd ask here first
