Weird Service Notice

Not a problem, because it doesn't appear to have had any adverse effects, but can anyone explain a Service notice which reads:
'Your router has been deleted
Serial # CPxxxxxxxxxx
OUI 9C9726
Model TG582n'
S/N 262137690

It's more of an internal note to show us when the router was removed from the TR069 system, seems to have happened as part of an account change which I don't think it should have done. I'm going to readd this now.
