Webspace transfer to Greenby

I was one of those people that had free webspace as part of my account.

I thought it was meant to be transferred over to Greenby.com when they made the change to no providing directly.

When I attempt to login to Greenby it doesn't recognise my account details.  Was there something that I should of done ?

Have you had notification from Greenby that your account has transferred ?

@Ken555  From other posts about this the general impression is that users with webspace are likely to be the last ones to be migrated to Greenby. At present I believe only Metronet emails have been migrated so it could be quite a while before webspace users are moved.  Months or sometime next year has been mentioned but these are probably complete guesswork. Until you are contacted by Greenby nothing has changed.

In the not too distant future, you'll get notification and web space (www) will automatically transfer.

I should of said that my webpage has disappeared and the webspace option has gone from the member centre.

 I wonder if its something that's happened when I renewed my contract, early, with Plusnet. It was due to stop on the 12th September but I went online and renewed it at the beginning of the month. 

I can still FTP into the area and all the files are there.

@Ken555 Not sure what you see, but I can see your web page fine - webspace bits on the portal haven't moved.
