The Plusnet website does not allow one to access one's bills - I reported this via live chat nearly a week ago and nothing has changed. Other bits of the website are also not accessible.
I would also like to point out that trying to telephone Plusnet is a long drawn out process, despite extra staff and offices.
It is also difficult to access my e-mail accounts via the website - to go from one e-mail account to another, one has to come out of one e-mail and sign into the other one - mad!!
