I paid my outstanding balance last night I wasn't disconnected as I was within my 14 days before they turn services off but now I keep seeing this error message on plusnet website.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

@shrubbfamily - Try forcing a refresh of your browser, if you use Windows hold down the Shift + F5 keys or Fn + F5 on a Mac. This may well have the desired effect.

Have you tried switching your router off and on again?
This will discconect and reconnect you as the message on the web page is telling you to do.

I have tried this still no luck I have even tried from my Samsung S8 using 3G connection not WI-FI I'm still seeing the same error message. screenshot attached.

If you have tried resetting the router then you may want to try this:

Go to the section entitled Delete specific cookies > Delete specific cookies from a site.

I've done all this this is a problem with Plusnet side as I am still getting the same error when using 3G on my mobile.

Fair point @shrubbfamily, it may well be worth the waiting time to call in or if chat is back online use that as this may need Plusnet's intervention to fix.
